This type of training is always provided with a program either online or face-to-face. We will work together on the goal setting week by week for example ( 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, and 12 weeks) with weekly check-ins. Functional training consists of strength and cardio work but I promise no matter if you are doing this face-to-face or online, it will be fun and not made to feel like a chore.
